Described as the jewel in the crown of the most famous Tottenham Hotspur side of all time, Cliff Jones also played in all the matches when Wales last qualified for a football world cup. His international caps included the now-famous clash against Brazil which saw the debut of the legendary Pele. But Cliff's first day at Spurs had an inauspicious start, to say the least.
