Celebrity Chef Raymond Blanc is the man behind the incredible food at this year's Chelsea Flower Show. BBC Radio Berkshire's Sarah Walker grabbed a chat with him behind the scenes as he soaked in the atmosphere at this year's show. Raymond Blanc: "I'm completely connected with the soul, with gardens, and I love gardens. I'm blessed, honestly I'm very blessed, and this is for everyone. "We have eleven gardens [at Le Manoir] and Prince Charles came, and we spent three hours - and he agreed that my garden was so much better. "We're very much involved with every vegetable that we choose to go with our courses...twenty years ago you weren't allowed to use vegetables at the Chelsea Flower Show!"
