Balloons are an integral part of any self respecting party. A few on the front door and some strategically placed around the room or garden. The effort of blowing just a few up makes such a impact. So how about the prospect of blowing up 10,000 of them? BBC Radio Solent's Neil Sackley has been to Winchester to meet Ben Fields who is doing just that in a Guinness World Record attempt.
