A former builder on the Isle of Wight thinks he's discovered a brand new way of construction, with a second welcome bonus. Stuart Albrighton says with councils being strapped for money, and some of them charging for waste and recycling disposal, he has the perfect solution. BBC Radio Solent's Neil Sackley has been to meet him to find out more.
