Northampton's Somali community fundraise for victims of famine in East Africa.

Northampton's Somali community came together this weekend to raise money for the victims of the disaster in East Africa. Last month the Disaster Emergency Committee appealed for funds to help people affected by the famine in Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia and South Sudan. Members of the Northampton Somali Women and Girl group took over the kitchen at the Springs Family Centre in Spring Boroughs to cook food and sell it to raise money.
