Brexit Divorce Bill Could be €25bn

Britain's EU divorce bill could be just €25bn, says an influential European think tank. Some estimates have suggested the European Union could seek up to €60bn, and we find out more from Zsolt Darvas, at the Bruegel think tank in Brussels.
