Did Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth just get married?

We know Miley Cyrus is engaged to Liam Hemsworth. Speculation is now rife that they got married after her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, posted an Instagram of Miley in a white dress, smiling, and looking very beautiful with the caption "I'm so happy you are happy @MileyCyrus." We are no experts but that certainly looks and sounds like a bit of a wedding took place? What do you reckon?
