Scottish Government to Seek Independence Referendum

Scotland's first minister is to ask for a second referendum on independence from the UK. We get reaction to the move from Garry Clark of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce, and Mike Danson, who is Professor of Enterprise Policy at Heriot-Watt University.
