Would Roger Waters play The Wall on the Mexico / US Border - "I Would Happily Do It"

Shaun Keaveny

Available for over a year

Roger Waters - former Pink Floyd singer, songwriter and bass player was in the UK a few weeks back talking about the massive Pink Floyd retrospective exhibition that's taking place at the V&A in London. Roger rarely does interviews but did speak exclusively to Matt Everitt about his new solo album. His last solo record was back in 2005, so this is something of an event, made more so by the fact its been produced by Nigel Godrich, longtime Radiohead producer and hugely respected studio man (he's also worked with Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gnarls Barkley, Macca, Beck, R.E.M. and U2) Roger chats about working with Nigel, the title and inspiration behind the new album and how old BBC radio transmissions have made their way onto the record.
