‘Hodgson can only be a benefit for Leicester'

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Current Southend United and former Hull City manager Phil Brown believes that a man of Roy Hodgson's "stature and calibre can only be a benefit to Leicester City." Bookmakers have now made the former England manager favourite to take charge of Leicester after Claudio Ranieri was sacked on Thursday. BBC football commentator Jonathan Pearce shared the same view, adding that Hodgson "will suffer no fools. He'll organise them, get them going again and I think it will be a good fit". This clip is originally from 5 live sport on Tuesday, 28 February 2017.
