BBC Disability Works week explores how to break down barriers in the workplace. Seven million people in the UK of the working age are registered as disabled, many of them can and want to work despite their disability, but face many challenges, even in some churches. 'Through the Roof' is a national, pan-disability, Christian ministry that helps churches care for those with disabilities to ensure the gospel is accessible to everyone. William Bassett is an itinerant preacher with a speech impediment, he shares his story.
