Northamptonshire councils listed as available for 'Super Prisons'

The Ministry of Justice has revealed the names of 20 authorities that say they have land available for a so-called Super Prison: and 3 out of that 20 are in Northamptonshire - The County Council, Corby and Wellingborough. A Super Prison would hold between 2 and 3 thousand men.
