Crawley Old Girls is the first football team of its kind for women, who are over 25 – the oldest player is currently Eileen, who is 66. Jane is joined by Carol Bates, Sandra Rees and Pauline ‘The Rock’ Maddocks to discuss how the club started, why it’s important to them and how you can start your own team. Carol says, “It’s not just about the football, it’s about women’s health, it’s about giving women confidence and it has changed people’s lives.”
