The Reading FC boss talks about his hopes for the rest of January. Jaap Stam: "Brian is working on that, we spoke about it, we've got a couple of names that we think can help us out towards the end of the season. "I'm not sure if there's... plain simple... cash within the club to get players. "If you want to go somewhere and maybe have a shot to end up in the top six, maybe that makes it a bit easier to bring some extra quality into the squad. "If it's not possible, it's fine by me as well. If people tell me it's not possible you need to keep working with this squad then it's good."
