A new scheme in West Berkshire gives memory boxes to people with the disease. "We've got thirty boxes in the West Berkshire libraries...some represent a particular decade. The idea that opening that box and giving people things to touch, to feel, to smell, stimulates memory. "If you've got a library card you can borrow the boxes. "Come and have a look at the boxes, they're really great."
