In archive from 2009, Lord Snowdon, who has died, recalls the planning and pageantry of Prince Charles' Investiture at Caernarfon Castle, in conversation with David Cornock. A ceremony watched by millions across the world, Lord Snowdon also planned the 1969 investiture of the Prince of Wales, in his role as the constable of the castle. Lord Snowdon, whose family come from the area, kept a scrapbook from the event and in 2009 he shared some of his memories.
