Complaints of long waits and delays at Circuit Lane and Priory Avenue surgeries

Andrew Peach

Available for over a year

Patients at two GPs surgeries say the service they get is unacceptable. Graham Hoskins, Lead Councillor for Health at Reading Borough Council: "It is really worrying, and there's still a lot of work to be done. Patients at both these surgeries have been telling us about the problems they've been having. "People want stability, and the local NHS are right to provide this intensive support. "Some of this all goes back to local GP practice partners being unable to run these surgeries...and being unable to cope and throwing in the towel."
