A project to help prevent pregnancy amongst vulnerable women in Slough

Andrew Peach

Available for over a year

The charity Pause work with women at risk of repeated pregnancies to offer them support. Founder and CEO, Sophie Humphreys: "The aim is to focus on them, we make it clear we don't aim to get people's children back. "What we believe is that you need that time when you don't have children in your care, that the focus should be on you as a woman. "It's important to work with them in a space, when they're not pregnant. "Slough approached us...they'd recognised this was an issue that was relevant."
