Schwarzer: I understand why Mourinho's livid

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Former Chelsea and Leicester goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer says his former manager Jose Mourinho "will have given them full barrels" after his Manchester United side lost 2-1 to Fenerbache in the Europa League. Mourinho accused his team of approaching the game as if it was a "summer friendly" following the defeat and Schwarzer who played under the 53-year-old at Chelsea says he's not surprised he's furious: "I know from my time there that one of his pet hates was when people weren’t switched on or ready, he found that unexplainable and unacceptable, so I understand why he’s livid at this moment in time." The Australian also revealed that the Portuguese would often lose his temper in the dressing room: Normally he is just vocal, and I have seen him almost destroy a table but it was only on one occasion."
