Even though he has just ran 401 marathons, he has to continue doing 3 months of tapering down, which consists of 30 half marathons, 30 10k’s and another 305k’s to let his body wind down from the massive adrenalin and endorphin rush he’s been putting his body through each day for 401 days. He also has to get used to not consuming 6000 calories a day!
