"We've been fighting for the last three years" - fracking protesters in Swanage
Lou HannanAvailable for over a year
Protesters occupying a site in Swanage say they'll stay until the threat of fracking there is withdrawn. A group of local environmental activists moved onto a field at California Quarry near Durlston Head two weeks ago in a bid to stop drilling for oil and gas. Permission for exploratory work was granted by the County Council three years ago. Former Green Party leader Natalie Bennett lent her support to campaigners when visiting the site - and our political reporter Tristan Pascoe was there.
