Exiles team 'getting their heads around' rotation

Weekend Kick-Off

Available for over a year

London Irish assistant coach Clark Laidlaw says the players are beginning to understand the team's new rotation policy, implemented by new head coach Nick Kennedy. "There getting their heads around it now. Everyone is buying into it, I think everybody realises it's a long season so we need to peak in April or May." "It's really helping our quality of training. We're able to train more in the earlier parts of the week." "Finding our rhythm isn't quite there, and that's possibly why we're not getting the full performance over 80 minutes." "We're trying to put pressure on each other in training, and have our own standards during sessions."
