US presidential candidate Donald Trump's charitable foundation - which is named after him - is ordered to stop collecting money. The New York State Attorney General says the Donald J Trump Foundation is not actually registered to raise cash. That means state auditors have not been able to look through its accounts, which reveal interesting links to Mr Trump's business empire, according to David Fahrenthold from the Washington Post. Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban declares the weekend's referendum result rejecting EU migrant quotas a victory, despite turnout falling below the threshold for legitimacy.
