Britain has approved a controversial $24bn nuclear power plant funded by China and France. There will also be increased scrutiny of the national security implications of foreign ownership of critical infrastructure. We discuss the issues with Dr Doug Parr, chief scientist for the environmental campaign group Greenpeace, and Dame Sue Ian, a nuclear expert at the Royal Academy of Engineering in London. Also, western companies are accused of taking advantage of lax rules in Africa to sell low grade fuels banned in rich nations. Stephanie Heggarty reports from Lagos in Nigeria. A report from Global Witness says jade mining in Myanmar is a corrupt industry. Researcher Jaman Kabir outlines their findings. Corporate team building away days are becoming more extreme.
