Just a couple of seasons ago, Leicestershire were rooted to the bottom of the County Championship division 2 table - you couldn't get any lower. This season though, after some fundamental root and branch reforms at the club, they were in contention for promotion to the first division. Most of the credit for this turn-round is being placed on the shoulders of one man - chief executive Wasim Khan. He took over at the club almost 2 years ago, when it was described by many as the "toughest job in county cricket." BBC Radio Leicester's Samantha Lade has this report...
