Team GB's success in Rio has ensured that millions of us have been glued to the Olympics this year. Undoubtedly one of the highlights was seeing the medal haul in the track cycling events. So how difficult is it for a cyclist to get to Olympic medal standard? BBC Radio Solent's Neil Sackley has been to a Hampshire velodrome to find out.
