Italy Earthquake

World Have Your Say

Available for over a year

We hear from those affected by an earthquake in central Italy that has killed at least 37 people. The mayor of the town of Amatrice says "half the town is gone". We also hear from witnesses, rescuers and try to get a sense of the threat posed by earthquakes in the region. Also, as Turkish tanks roll across the Syrian border in an operation aimed at both IS and Kurdish fighters, people living close to the border tell us what life is like there.
