IPC ban is cruel to Paralympians: Russian analyst

Dmitry Babich, a political analyst for the Russian broadcaster Sputnik International, said the IPC ban is cruel to hundreds of disabled athletes, because he believes the claims of a state-sponsored doping system by his country are unproven. He called the IPC President Sir Philip Craven hypocritical for claiming he was acting against the Russian paralympic committee, when the ban was punishing paralympians.
