Chernobyl Children's Appeal

It is 30 years since the world's worst nuclear explosion in Chernobyl. Since 1994 the Chernobyl Children's Appeal has been providing respite care by bringing children over to NI each summer and so far nearly 3,500 children have benefited. Angela Crothers is the director of the CCA, she's been hosting for about 20 years and she's joined by eight year old Sofia from Belarus, and Elena who's a teacher in Belarus and a translator.
