The piece of land between the Cenotaph and Parade Gardens in St. Helier is home to an out of action sub station, but soon the area will become a place to reflect. A memorial to first world war soldiers will be built there. Siobhann Macleod is the architect who's designed the memorial which will involve two knee high wedges displaying the names of men from St Helier who died in the Great War.
