Bank of England lowers interest rates

We'll have reactions to the Bank of England's decision to reduce rates for the first time in 9 years, from both sides of the Atlantic. We'll hear how a disease is destroying Nigeria's tomato crops and forcing prices for the food staple up as much as 3000 percent. We speak to the woman running Taskrabbit, another darling of the gig economy, about the challenges of international expansion.
