Bishop calls for calm after EU vote

Anthony Isaacs

Available for over a year

The Bishop of Norwich, the Rt Rev Graham James, has called on people to pray for our country and the people of Europe following the EU referendum. He also called for unity following a "shrill, bruising and alienating" campaign. Speaking to BBC Radio Norfolk, the bishop said people should "work for the common good" whatever their views, following the Brexit vote. All voting areas in the diocese except Norwich chose to leave the European Union.
