The American soul singer Freda Payne is coming to Leicester next month. Best known for her multi-million selling song "Band of Gold", Freda will be on stage as part of the 'David Guest is not dead but Alive with Soul' tour coming to De Montfort Hall in July. The tour will go on despite the death of the headline act earlier this year when David Guest died at the age of 63. Freda currently lives in Los Angeles where Jonathan spoke to her at her home. She told Jonathan she was always part of the David Guest tour, but like everyone else in showbiz was left shocked at his sudden death...
