Those are what the new Police and Crime Commissioner for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Lord Willy Bach has outlined as his top priorities. In the end, it was a difference of around 20-thousand votes between the winner Willy Bach and the Conservative candidate Neil Bannister. Willy joined us in the studio this morning, where he outlined his main aspirations for the job.
