Listener Ian from Bletchley asked for Justin's help in finding his elderly mother. He hasn't been able to see her for years after she decided she didn't want any further contact with him. He argues she didn't have the mental capacity to make that decision. As a result, the mental health trust looking after her couldn't confirm any details to him, including whether she was even alive or not. Today Justin brought him heartbreaking news.
