Zenobia al-Asaad's father, Khaled, was head of antiquities at Palmyra. After IS took control of the site, he was beheaded. Kiran Jethwa runs two of Kenya's top restaurants, but for a new television series has been cooking in some of the world's most unusual and dangerous locations.
