As you've been hearing all week on BBC Radio Leicester, we have been launching a campaign along with the Leicester Mercury and Leicester City Council called #BackingTheBlues. On April 29th, we are turning Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland blue. Blue clothes, blue food, even blue buildings.
