Shareholders in the giant oil company, BP, have rejected a pay rise for the company's chief executive. We'll be asking why they thought the hike to $20m a year was going too far. Four months have passed since 196 of the world's leaders gathered in Paris and reached another climate deal. But are businesses changing their behaviour?
