Ivory Coast Peace Deal

Nine days of talks end with a peace plan for Ivory Coast. Major political parties and rebels have agreed to a government of national unity, with a prime minister agreed to by all parties. Also on the programme, Kenya's new president in hospital, Libya's right to leave the UN Human Rights Commission and Zimbabwean opposition claim they've been tortured.
