IMF Suspends Kenyan Programme

The IMF suspends loan programme to Kenya. The decision came after President Moi failed to convince the organisation that it was serious about dealing with corruption. Also on the programme, Sierra Leone sanctions, humanitarian crisis in Somalia and failing Franco-African relations.
