Secession in Ethiopia

Ethiopian government to allow ethnically distinct regions the right to secession. New clauses have been added to the constitution, raising concerns that the country could now disintegrate. Also on the programme, Egyptians under threat from Islamic fundamentalists, new moves to settle Sierra Leone's civil war and Nigeria's military government is told to slim down its army.
