Fears over mounting insecurity in Rwanda's neighbouring country of Burundi. Growing tension between the Hutu and Tutsi people have led to clashes on the streets of Bujumbura. Also on the programme, OAU to send more troops into Rwanda as French pull out, flooding in Niger and a Zimbabwean dance floor shooting.
