NHS 111 helpline: Is it safe for young children?

Today

Available for over a year

Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health president Neena Modi said the system was unfair on call handlers, who are not medically trained. "It is increasingly difficult to recognise a sick child the younger the child is," she said. (Picture: NHS logo. Credit: PA)
