Agreement has been reached by foreign ministers meeting in Munich on a nationwide Syria ceasefire to start in one week's time. Michael Weiss tells us he thinks the agreement is unlikely to work VTech have angered parents further by changing its terms to say that families using its software do so at their “own risk”.
