Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb has its own protected designation and a special sherbet tang. To celebrate the arrival of this year's harvest, Wakefield's Hepworth Gallery is staging an exhibition by the photographer Martin Parr capturing the mood and feel of the strange dark world of Yorkshire's Rhubarb triangle.
