The High Court finds in favour of two families who were complaining that the spare room subsidy was unfair to them and that they had good reason to have a room which remained empty for quite a lot of time. One claimant was a woman who'd been the victim of domestic violence who had a panic room installed in her house. The other claim was from two grandparents who were caring for a severely disabled teenage boy. Paul Lewis from Radio 4's 'Money Box' programme explained the impact of the ruling on PM.
