Ringling Bros elephants headed for retirement

Boston Calling

Available for over a year

The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, one of the largest circus companies in the US, is ending its famous elephant acts in May. The move comes after years of clashes with animal-rights activists and local governments. Elizabeth Hogan, who is with the non-profit World Animal Protection, reacts to the news.
