Bus cut 'affects 0.2%' of journeys

The man responsible for cuts to bus subsidies in Northamptonshire says just 0.2% of bus passenger journeys will be affected. Conservative county councillor Michael Clarke has been speaking to the BBC's Sam Read about plans for a £200,000 cut in funds in the next financial year.
