How to land a plane on the Hudson River

PM

Available for over a year

What must it be like being in control of a passenger plane that's in trouble? Jeff Skiles was a co-pilot on a US Airways Flight which was flying out of New York in 2009 when a flock of geese flew into the aircraft's path. Both engines were disabled at just over 3,000 feet. But Jeff and the captain Sully Sullenberger managed to land it safely on the Hudson river.
