Head of Southfields Primary School in Brackley, Jane Carlidge, says proposed meals service closure creates 'extra work'. Northamptonshire County Council announced a plan to close the Nourish school meals service last week, saying it would save £660,000. Schools have a responsibility to find a new provider, who'd be likely to keep on many of the 288 staff affected.
